You will receive an order confirmation when ordering as well as an email when the products are shipped. These are automatic mailings that can end up in spam or junk email folders, so check there if you haven't received the order confirmation. Also double check that the email address is written correctly when ordering.
If you have just ordered and want to change something, use the link in the order confirmation email and cancel the order immediately. Then you can go back to the order and change what you want and place a new order. Orders are usually handled fast, and by the time we read an email about changes, it's often too late.

Shipping times
See checkout for updated delivery dates. Make sure you provide complete and correct payment information and delivery-/billing addresses to ensure speedy delivery.
Standard shipping to AK, HI and Puerto Rico are generally delivered within 5 mailing days after the order is shipped. However, these locations may have delivery times up to 9 mailing days.
APO destinations with Standard shipping can take up to 30 business days to be received, while Premium shipping to APO destinations may take up to 10 business days to be received after the order is shipped. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO address. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO address for Express shipping, we will ship your order via our Premium shipping option.

How to avoid returns
A few tips to make sure you are happy with your order.
Check your order confirmation straight away
Check the order confirmation and make sure everything is correct. If not, use the link in the confirmation email and cancel the order immediately. You can then go back to your order, change it and place it again.
Calculate with a buffer period
Sometimes you get cool last minute ideas. Make sure you have enough buffer to make the birthday, wedding anniversary, etc. If you need something super fast, use the Express Option to get your order as fast as possible.
Use the size chart
Under every product there's a size chart for that product, measured on a flat product. If you haven't ordered the product before, use the chart and compare with your own clothes.
Volume orders
If you're not familiar with the product/sizing, it's a good idea to order one item first to make sure it's as expected, instead of having 20 products with the wrong size or fit.
